The Micro-Melli is a special variation of our Micro Pig II, designed even more compact while maintaining true big bait character. With a total weight of approx. 60–65 grams and a length of 18 cm, it remains easy to cast on a spinning rod while delivering full big bait attraction.
Like the Micro Pig II, the Micro-Melli is a hybrid lure consisting of a voluminous bucktail head combined with a soft plastic trailer. The large, flat nose creates a strong pressure wave that reliably draws attention from trophy predators. Large perch are equally tempted by its action.
The key feature of the Micro-Melli is its intentionally oversized trailer, especially in relation to the very small and lightweight head. The wide paddle tail causes the entire lure to roll and kick aggressively during the retrieve. This creates an extremely strong triggering action for target species such as pike, zander, and catfish.
A rigging eye is located on the underside of the head for attaching the hook system. All components are built to withstand a minimum breaking strength of 22 kg (48 lbs).
As a trailer, we use the Bullseye Lamelli 23 cm, shortened by approximately 9 cm.
