The Hero Streamer Braid is a further development of a classic Danube-Salmon-braid.
Unlike a Danube-Salmon-braid, our streamer braid can be jigged on the bottom or used in midwater like a large streamer.
The streamer braid essentially consists of a body made of bucktail and flashabou, to which four long strips of extremely supple deerskin are attached. Attached to the end of two of these leather strips is a tuft of marabou feathers or rabbit fur, imitating the caudal or dorsal fin of a bait fish. This unusual construction creates a very large silhouette with comparatively very low weight. The centerpiece of the streamer braid is a 1.6 mm or 1.2 mm stainless steel wire, to which a single, replaceable treble hook is attached to a swivel at the rear end.
The material used is extremely supple and delicate, allowing it to move fantastically underwater while offering virtually no resistance when struck, allowing the fish to easily grab the hook.
The braid is currently available in two different lengths and weights:

Size M approx. 24 cm head, 10 g or 20 g treble hook size #1
